Dr. Aisha Mohammad, BSc, DC
Chiropractor
With over 16 years of experience treating musculoskeletal issues ranging from muscle sprains, arthritis, numbness/tingling to sports injuries. Dr. Aisha graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2010 with her Doctorate in Chiropractic and Diploma in Clinical Acupuncture. She then achieved her Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy. Dr. Aisha is certified in Sports Taping and is Webster Certified from ICPA.
With a vast amount of experience working with rehabilitation techniques such as muscle stretching/ strengthening (MRT), acupuncture, electrotherapy (IFC, Ultrasound) and the profound amount of experience Dr. Aisha has gained from working with the LBRAC (Low Back Pain Rapid Access Clinic). Her treatments are patient-centered and geared towards hands-on therapy.

Srikesh Rudrapatna, BSc, MSc, PT
Physiotherapist
Srikesh Rudrapatna is a Registered Physiotherapist specializing in pain management and post-surgical rehabilitation, supporting clients in restoring movement, function, and overall quality of life. Drawing from his background as a scientist, he integrates both Western and Eastern medical principles to deliver well-rounded, effective care.
His approach combines acupuncture, yoga, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to help patients recover with confidence and return to their daily activities. He treats a wide range of conditions including arthritis, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, back pain, post-surgical recovery, ankle injuries, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints, with a focus on personalized and results-driven treatment.
He is committed to empowering clients through education and active participation in their recovery journey. His goal is to not only relieve pain but to build long-term strength, mobility, and prevention strategies.

Prashanthi Varatharajan, BSc, MA, MD
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges, Prashanthi provides a safe, judgment-free space grounded in self-compassion and acceptance. Using a holistic, client-centered, and culturally informed approach, including Narrative, Humanistic, Acceptance & Commitment, Emotion-Focused, and mindfulness-based therapies—they help clients unlearn limiting beliefs, build resilience, and develop practical life skills. With a background in Psychology & Neuroscience from the University of Toronto and medical training, their work is enriched by both academic expertise and lived experience, fostering compassionate and personalized care.
She is committed to creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Their goal is to support each individual in building clarity, confidence, and alignment with their most authentic self.

Thakshayeni (Tasha) Sithamparanathan, BA, MA
Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Thakshayeni believes each person has the power to author their own story, even when life’s challenges lead to cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. She provides a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can safely explore their experiences and reconnect with their sense of agency.
She supports individuals through relationship challenges, cultural identity and family pressures, life transitions, grief, and loss. Using a holistic, client-centered approach, she integrates practical strategies with deeper self-reflection to help clients build resilience, set boundaries, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Her work is rooted in empathy and cultural awareness, honoring each client’s unique background and lived experience. She is dedicated to helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they navigate meaningful change.

Becca Litvak, BA, MA
Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
In her practice, Becca aims to create a space where clients can show up as they are, without pressure or expectation. She supports individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, loss, chronic pain, and difficult emotions such as anger and shame by meeting them with empathy and understanding.
With a compassionate, non-judgmental, and curious approach, alongside moments of humor and lightness, they work collaboratively with clients to gently explore and untangle complex emotions, helping them move forward with greater clarity, self-acceptance, and resilience.
Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate the messiness of life and rediscover their strength and sense of self. She believes healing happens through connection and shared understanding, not in isolation.
